Anoxia (Protanoxia) cingulata Marseul, 1868

It can be recognized from the other Protanoxia having the elytra covered only by scales withouth fine hairs.
This species, described from Lebanon (Beirut), was found in a single male specimen in Jordan in the forest area north of Amman (Ajloun) (coll. Sabatinelli).
